The Folle Blanche Cognac collection was born from the Forgeron family's desire to rediscover the Folle Blanche grape variety. It was the traditional grape variety of the Cognac and Armagnac regions.

Between 1860 and 18790, the grape variety disappeared and winegrowers turned to Ugni Blanc, a more resilient grape variety. Today, the Forgeron family has brought back Folle Blanche on 5 hectares of land with a view of rediscovering the traditional yet forgotten aromas of Cognac.
